High-capacity Air-Screen Cleaners remove light dust, chaff, shriveled grains, and weed seeds using controlled airflow and multi-deck screen sieves.
Gravity Separation
Precision Specific Gravity Separators classify seeds based on density, isolating fully mature and viable seeds from underdeveloped or insect-damaged grains.
Seed Treatment & Chemical Dressing
Automated Seed Treaters apply eco-friendly fungicides and insecticides to protect seeds against seed-borne pathogens and soil insects during early germination.
Automatic Weighing & Bagging
Processed seed is mechanically weighed and sealed in moisture-resistant 40 KG standardized bags, labeled with official FSC&RD quality certification tags.
