Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC) has initiated a major digital transformation program aimed at modernizing its operations, improving efficiency, and bringing all major functions of the organization onto a unified digital platform.
As part of this initiative, PSC is introducing an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will automate and streamline the operations of different wings and offices of the Corporation. The system will provide a centralized platform for managing organizational processes, improving coordination between departments, and ensuring timely access to accurate and reliable information.
The ERP system will cover key operational and administrative areas, including Finance, Procurement, Production, Farms, Processing, Inventory, Marketing, Human Resources, and Reporting. Through the integration of these functions, routine processes will be gradually automated, reducing dependence on manual procedures and improving overall workflow management.
